Who Are We?
The Joint Equity Eligible Contractor (EEC) Parties is a statewide coalition of diverse, certified contractors working to ensure equity is at the center of Illinois’ clean energy transition. | The Joint Equity Eligible ContractorsThe Joint Equity Eligible Contractors (JEEC) is a collaborative of Illinois-based contractors committed to advancing equity, access, and workforce participation in the state’s clean-energy economy. JEEC exists to ensure that Equity Eligible Contractors (EECs), as defined under Illinois clean-energy law, are not only included in name, but are meaningfully positioned to compete, perform, and scale on clean-energy projects across the state. Through coordination, shared capacity, and policy-aligned practices, JEEC helps connect developers, utilities, labor partners, and policymakers with qualified, ready-to-work contractors who reflect the communities most impacted by Illinois’ energy transition. |
